Ergonomics
Offset grip relaxes shoulder tension, reduces force on a push
Rotating hand holds are good for grip and wrist flexion
Soft grips are critical to keep stable hold
Pull motions and downward pumps are both awkward and disconnected from the function of a manual processor, especially on high counters
Trend and Aesthetic
Retro/streamline form is making a comeback in modern kitchenware
Sustainable/natural materials are very popular with younger demographics
